From Stage to Screen Policy

Tuition: All tuition can be paid in full on the first day of class by cash or check or by Paypal or can be paid in
monthly installments due no later than the 2nd Saturday of the month. Failure to pay by the 2nd Saturday of the
month will result in a late payment fee of $25.00 for each month the payment is received late.
Siblings: A $50.00 discount is available for each additional sibling that signs up for Saturday classes.
Missed classes: There will be no refund for missed classes.
Registration after classes start: Students registering for classes after they have started will have the missed
classes prorated.
Returned checks: Checks returned from the bank for any reason will be charged $25.00
Weather closings: Classes cancelled by FSTS due to inclement weather will be rescheduled by FSTS. All
cancellations due to inclement weather will be posted on our website and a recording will be on 845-227-3620.
Unpaid Tuition: Students whose tuition is behind by more that one payment will NOT be allowed to continue in
the classes.
Waiver of Liability: By enrolling your child and paying the tuition you are agreeing that you will not hold FSTS,
or any employee, liable for injuries sustained or illnesses contacted while a student is at the studio/theater, where
FSTS has not been negligent. You also authorize FSTS to take emergency measures that are appropriate, when
the emergency contacts cannot be reached. (As we enter our 5th year we are thrilled to say that we have had no
emergencies!)
